• your User Content is not unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous access to the Service but do not guarantee:

• 24/7 availability or uninterrupted operation;
• accuracy, reliability, or quality of results;
• correction of all defects or bugs;
• compatibility with all browsers, systems, or devices.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” In the event of suspension, interruption, or malfunction preventing access, Multi AI Comparator will make reasonable efforts to restore access. Multi AI Comparator disclaims all liability for Service unavailability.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

• Major service failure: a critical bug or outage preventing use of core features for more than 10 consecutive days;
• Service not provided: if Services are not delivered as described;
• Billing error: incorrect charges due to technical error;
• Duplicate charge: refund of duplicated payments.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
